Leesburg is gearing up for something new as Becker’s prepares to host its first Jeeps in the Burg event on April 26 from 2 to 6 p.m. at 31 S Fairfield St. The cruise‑in is designed to bring Jeep owners, families, and local residents together for an afternoon that celebrates community spirit, hometown hospitality, and the unique culture that surrounds Jeep enthusiasts.
The event invites anyone with a Jeep to roll in, park, and spend time connecting with fellow drivers. Every style is welcome, whether it is lifted, custom built, mud‑covered, freshly detailed, or proudly a pavement princess. To add to the fun, Becker’s will present several lighthearted awards throughout the afternoon including Best Lifted Jeep, Best Custom Jeep, Muddiest Jeep, Prettiest Pavement Princess, Furthest Traveled, the Kid’s Choice Award selected by Willow, and the Mayor’s Choice.
Food will play a major role in the day, with Becker’s offering several special features created specifically for the cruise‑in. The Trail Rider Combo pairs a Big Becker Burger with fries and a fountain drink. The Mud Tire Smasher stacks double smash patties with bacon, grilled onions, mozzarella, pickles, and sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. Wing baskets will also be available in multiple sizes, each served with homemade ranch and a full lineup of sauces ranging from Honey BBQ and Garlic Parm to Nashville Hot and Mango Habanero.
For Leesburg, the event represents more than an afternoon of good food and impressive Jeeps. It is an opportunity to build a new tradition that brings people together and adds something fresh to the village’s community calendar. With interest already growing among Jeep clubs and local residents, organizers hope this first gathering becomes the start of something lasting.
As spring settles in and the village looks forward to more outdoor activities, Becker’s is encouraging families, friends, and Jeep enthusiasts to come out, enjoy the atmosphere, and help fill the streets with energy and excitement. If the turnout matches the enthusiasm already surrounding the event, Jeeps in the Burg could quickly become a signature tradition for the Friendly Village of Leesburg.
