At 12:51 A.M., officers conducted a security check at 610 Baltimore Avenue.
At 1:07 A.M., while on patrol officer located a parked car in the old Rite Aid parking lot. The male occupant checked ok.
At 1:11 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Jefferson Street. The driver was warned for headlights required.
At 1:41 A.M., while on patrol an officer located a subject at Sunny Spoon. The male was advised to leave the property.
At 2:01 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on South 6th Street near Mirabeau Street. The driver was warned for failure to signal.
At 2:06 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on South McArthur Way near Mirabeau Street. The driver, Mekhi Coleman, 21, of Greenfield, was cited for driving under suspension.
At 2:38 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of North 5th Street. The driver was advised accordingly.
At 2:53 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on a scooter in the 100 block of Mirabeau Street. The operator was warned for equipment violations.
At 5:03 A.M., the Highland County Sheriff’s Office advised of a 911-hangup in the 300 block of Mirabeau Street. An officer patrolled the area.
At 6:15 A.M., the Highland County Sheriff’s Office advised of a 911-hangup in the 500 block of North 4th Street. An officer patrolled the area.
At 11:35 A.M., a caller at Homeland Credit Union advised their vehicle was disabled.
At 12:13 P.M., a resident in the 200 block of North 11th Street reported a juvenile complaint.
At 1:53 P.M., a caller on North 2nd Street reported a male walking with a firearm in his pocket.
At 4:02 P.M., while on patrol behind Catch 22 an officer warned a motorcyclist for loud exhaust.
At 6:19 P.M., numerous complaints reported a known male acting suspicious at the Freedom and Fireworks Festival. The male was advised to leave the event.
At 6:19 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff’s Office advised of a 911-open line with screaming in the background, in the 100 block of South Washington Street. An officer patrolled the area and spoke with subjects in the area who advised of no screaming.
At 8:52 P.M., Catch 22 advised of a known female who entered the establishment and began yelling at employees.
At 8:54 P.M., a caller in the 200 block of Mirabeau Street reported an intoxicated male causing a disturbance walking eastbound on Mirabeau Street. After investigation, Thomas Birkhimer, 52, of Greenfield, was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication.
At 9:32 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff’s Office advised of a 911-transfer reporting a domestic complaint in the 300 block of South Washington Street. Parties were advised accordingly.
At 10:26 P.M., a resident in the 1000 block of South 5th Street requested a welfare check on a female at the playground. The female checked ok.
At 10:46 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff’s Office advised of a 911-transfer reporting a domestic complaint in the 300 block of South Washington Street. Paint Creek Fire/EMS was requested to the scene. After investigation, Amy Warren, 49, of Greenfield, was arrested for domestic violence and child endangering.

At 1:43 A.M., the Highland County Sheriff’s Office advised of a 911-transfer reporting a property damage accident in front of Catch 22. The caller advised the driver attempted to flee the scene. The driver, Renee Huff, 41, Greenfield, refused to exit the vehicle after being given orders. After a brief struggle with officers, Huff was placed into custody. Renee Huff was arrested for failure to control, obstructing official business, and resisting arrest.
At 2:34 A.M., a resident in the 300 block of North 4th Street reported prowlers knocking on their doors and windows. Officers patrolled the area.
At 8:56 A.M., a resident reported a disturbance in the 700 block of Lafayette Street. Both parties were advised accordingly and separated.
At 12:55 P.M., a caller in the 400 block of McClain Avenue requested an officer as a peacekeeper for a property exchange.
At 6:35 P.M., officers were made aware of illegal narcotics had been conveyed into the Greenfield Jail by an inmate. A search of the inmate and cell were conducted. Located on the inmate’s person were suspected narcotics. After investigation, Ian West, 28, of Greenfield, was arrested for possession of drugs and illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility.

At 6:27 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of North Street. The driver was advised accordingly.
At 7:11 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of North 4th Street. The driver was warned for failure to signal.
At 7:33 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on S.R. 28 near Thrifton Road. The driver was warned for speed.

At 5:08 P.M., a resident in the 300 block of North 4th Street reported a property damage hit-skip. This incident remains under investigation.
At 5:43 P.M., ADT Security advised of an alarm drop at a residence in the 700 block of Spring Street. Contact was made with the residents who checked ok.
At 9:29 P.M., a caller reported a noise complaint in the 500 block of Lyndon Avenue. An officer patrolled the area.
At 10:04 P.M., a resident in the 300 block of North 2nd Street reported threats and harassment. Both parties were advised accordingly.

At 11:33 A.M., caller a Dollar General requested assistance unlocking their vehicle. Prior to an officer’s arrival the caller gained entry.
At 12:03 P.M., a caller on S.R. 28 near the Corner Market reported a white Toyota driving recklessly, heading towards the village. An officer located the vehicle parked at a residence.
At 4:30 P.M., a caller reported abandoned property at the entrance to Felson’s Park. After investigation an officer located two subjects at the park who claimed the property. The subjects were advised to leave the park.
At 5:27 P.M., a resident in the 200 block of North 4th Street reported a domestic complaint. After investigation, it was determined the male subject fled the residence. An arrest warrant has been issued for the male.
At 7:20 P.M., the Highland Count Sheriff’s Office advised of multiple 911- open lines from a residence in the 100 block of Smith Street. After investigation it was determined to be a juvenile. Everything checked ok.
At 9:15 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff’s Office advised of a 911-hangup in the 300 block of Mirabeau Street. Upon an officer’s arrival, the residence requested an emergency squad. Paint Creek Fire/EMS was summoned to the scene and later transported the resident to the Greenfield Adena ER.

At 5:34 P.M., a resident in the 300 block of Lafayette Street reported an animal complaint. The Highland County Dog Warden was advised.
At 5:48 P.M., a caller requested a welfare check on an individual believed to be a resident. After investigation, it was determined the individual had moved outside of the village. The Highland County Sheriff's Office was advised.
At 6:12 P.M., a resident in the 600 block of Mirabeau Street reported a maroon Ford F-150 driving up and down Mirabeau Street, squealing its tires. Officers patrolled the area.
At 6:49 P.M., a resident in the 900 block of South Street reported threats/harassment. All parties were advised to have no further contact.
At 7:18 P.M., a resident in the 200 block of Spring Street reported a known male trespassing on their property. After investigation, it was determined the male never entered the property and was only on the sidewalk.
At 7:25 P.M., a caller reported go carts being driven on the roadway in the 600 block of Lafayette Street. An officer observed the go carts on the roadway and made contact with the operators. The operators were advised they cannot operate the go carts on the road.

At 1:14 A.M., a resident in the 700 block of Mirabeau Street reported breaking and entering at a neighbor’s residence, who were out of town. Officers observed an open garage door and made entry. The residence was cleared and secured. Extra patrol was requested for the area.
At 2:38 A.M., while on patrol in the 700 block of South 7th Street an officer observed a vacant residence with interior lights on and was informed of squatter possibly inside. The homeowner was contacted and gave permission for officers to clear the residence.

The female was located and transported to her residence and released to a parent. After investigation, the female was discovered to be intoxicated.
