On April 1st 2026 we interviewed Brady Speaks, owner of Speaks Auto Detailing. Brady started working for a small detailing business in high school when he was around 16-17 years old. Brady mainly really enjoyed working with the people who worked there which made his job so much more enjoyable which inevitably led to him getting very good. Finally after years of experience and years of making other people money he decided to take the leap of faith and start his own small business in the detailing industry. They’ve done it all here at Speaks Auto Detailing. General detailing, ceramic coatings, paint correction, paint chip repairs, as well as we contract out window tinting for their customers. Brady has experience in pretty much every vehicle. He does everything from cars, RVs, boats, tractors, trailers. Fun fact, one of his first details when he worked for the small detailing business in Springboro was a small personal plane at the Wright Brothers airport storage.

For Brady, customer satisfaction is their biggest priority. The “cleaning” industry requires you to make sure the customer is satisfied every time. In order for that to be consistent I prioritize things like communication, convenience in scheduling around THEIR schedule, occasionally throwing in additional services to show our gratitude, offering discounts for referrals/reviews, following up after appointments. At the end of the day, Brady works for himself, but my customers are the ones putting food on my table so that respect is returned every time. Brady is super flexible. Typically Brady works 6 days a week to be able to get his customers on and out, even if that means having to work weekends. Brady will work holidays if need be and also squeeze people in if it’s an emergency clean up. If the client is in need of a detail, he will get you in. Brady is a mobile detailing business which means we do all of our work mobile, right at your front door. He also provides his own water and electricity to ensure the smoothest and easiest service for his customers. Anything from detailing, ceramic coatings, paint correction. They will come to your house or even your job.
